Introducing FRAME

Welcome to FRAME Osteopathy, a holistic wellness company founded in August 2019 by Julia Carlé. After relocating from the UK to New Zealand with her partner and young family, Julia saw an opportunity to bring her passion for osteopathy to the local community.

At FRAME Osteopathy, our mission is to empower our clients to achieve optimal physical health and well-being. We believe that a healthy body is one that is balanced, flexible, and free of pain, and we strive to help our clients achieve this through personalised treatments that address the root cause of their discomfort.

Our skilled and experienced osteopath takes a whole-body approach to health, looking beyond just the symptoms to identify the underlying issues that may be contributing to pain and discomfort. We utilise a range of techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education, to help our clients achieve their health and wellness goals.

At FRAME Osteopathy, we are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality care in a warm and welcoming environment. We believe that health and wellness should be accessible to everyone, and we strive to create an inclusive and supportive community that empowers our clients to take charge of their health.

Thank you for considering FRAME Osteopathy for your wellness needs. We look forward to working with you and helping you achieve your health and wellness goals.

“Osteopathy is a science, a philosophy and an art. It is a science because it is based on accurate knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and the principles of mechanics. It is a philosophy because it regards the human body as a dynamic unit of function, and recognizes the body’s ability to heal itself. It is an art because it depends on the practitioner’s skill in using his or her hands to diagnose and treat the patient.”
