Julia Carlé is an experienced Osteopathic Council of New Zealand (“OCNZ”) and ACC-registered osteopath who graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in London. She is passionate about helping people of all ages improve their health and wellbeing through personalised, holistic care.

Following her own experience with breast cancer, Julia has developed a special interest in women's health, particularly supporting those recovering from breast cancer treatment. She works closely with her patients to create individual treatment plans that reflect their individual needs and goals.

Julia enjoys treating babies, children, and adults, and is known for her gentle, compassionate approach. Alongside clinical practice, she is a Clinical Educator at the Ara Student Osteopathic Clinic, helping to train the next generation of osteopaths.

Outside of work, Julia is a mum to two enthusiastic boys and enjoys sewing. If she's not behind a sewing machine or computer exploring he lastest technology, you'll likely find her in the garden!
