We are ACC registered providers and can lodge your claim for you. If you have private health insurance, your policy may also cover some or all of your treatment costs. We can also put through a Southern Cross Easy-Claim.

If you have not seen us before you will need to book under an Initial appointment, this will allow us to take your case history before your treatment. 

When cancelling or rescheduling an appointment please allow 24 hours notice. This allows us to offer the appointment to somebody else in pain. 

If less than 5 hours notice is given, then the full appointment fee will be payable. ACC don’t pay us if you don’t attend your appointment, so we charge the full private rate, not the ACC surcharge in these circumstances.
